After/during the photoshoot we always review the photos together with you. And if you’re not happy with something in particular, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Communication is the key. We have a highly skilled team and in most cases we can solve the problem right away on the spot.
A REAL LIFE EXAMPLE
This example will help you understand more about our refund policy. During one of our recent shoots, a client realized that he didn’t like the photos because he thought he would have looked better with a clean shave. While this has nothing to do with our professional skills as photographers, we still recognize the importance of finding a solution to the problem. Since we already had shaving supplies in the studio, we provided him all the the necessary tools. A quick 5 minutes later, our happy customer stepped out of the bathroom, and we took a new batch of photos. He was extremely happy!
We want you to understand that if a problem arises that we can’t solve during the shoot, we will give you a full refund. No worries. Problem solved.
Our entire team feels that one of the keys to our success is great communication, and on both ends. If you feel like you are not happy and therefore not completely satisfied with the photos we take, and there is nothing that can be done, simply tell us right away ON THE SPOT so we can give you a full refund.
